2019 is the 70th anniversary of the founding of the people's Republic of China. In order to ensure safe operation and zero accidents during the national day, in the morning of September 25, 2019, Jincheng Hongsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. organized and held a special meeting on safe production before the festival. Li Wenbao, general manager of the company, Qin tingkai, deputy general manager of safety, and main principals of all departments, workshop principals, safety officers, etc. attended the meeting. At the meeting, General Manager Li first conveyed the requirements of the higher authorities for the security work, and discussed with the participants about the security work during the National Day. He asked that the organization and deployment be further strengthened and all the security work during the National Day be done well: first, to raise awareness and strengthen organizational leadership. Establish organizational structure, and formulate practical work program to ensure that emergency response can be carried out quickly and effectively after an emergency; second, attach great importance to strengthening investigation. Before the festival, the safety and environmental departments should organize personnel to conduct in-depth investigation of hidden dangers in production safety, eliminate unsafe factors in the budding state; third, responsibility to people, strict duty management. All departments and workshops should carefully arrange their duty schedules and be responsible to people. Duty personnel should strictly comply with the requirements of the duty system, do a good job on duty, do a good job on duty record, ensure the real implementation of all work during the festival; fourth, safety education, enhance intrinsic safety. Strengthen pre-holiday safety education and training, improve staff safety awareness and safety operation skills, ensure their own safety while protecting company property from damage.
